how to contact the people responsible for this website
Q: What's better than the most delicious Dongo-Dongo or the yummiest Poulet Yassa?
A: Getting a messages from the folks that visit our 'site. We love getting messages from visitors!
Guestbook and African Food Forums: Please post your comments, criticisms, recipe requests, and questions in The Congo Cookbook Guestbook and African Food Discussion. Your post will be part of a dialogue where others can read it, and maybe respond to it.
E-mail: There was once a time when it was possible to just display our e-mail address on these webpages thus making it easy for visitors to our website to contact us. When we approached a ratio of over 100 junk messages to each real message from a visitor to our site, we decided to remove most of the e-mail links from our site. We still love to get e-mail from visitors to our site, but we must ask them to please make sure to include the word Congo in the subject line of the e-mail. Messages that do not contain this "code word" will be automatically deleted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but using the "code word" is the only way we can find to thwart junk e-mail. (We don't call it spam -- that's not fair to the canned meat product.) Please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments, or criticisms about this website. You may also e-mail us your questions about African cooking or food. But no junk mail please! congocookbook at yahoo dot com. (Please decode the address.)
