Serve this sauce over any roasted or grilled meat.

 1 lb mushrooms; cleaned and chopped into small pieces
 3 tbsp cooking oil, butter, or margarine
 juice of 1 or 2 lemons (green lemons may be used)

Heat oil (or butter or margarine) in a sauce pan or skillet over a medium heat. Add mushrooms and stir-fry them until they are tender. Add lemon juice. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes.
